Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• We process and ship most orders out within 3-5 business days, unless your item is a preorder.
• We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items once shipped. Please check with USPS if this occurs.
• If you would like insurance added on your package, please let us know - and we can add it to your total.

Returns:

• We accept returns on unused, unworn items with tags attached - within 7 days of receipt of your items. There must be no odors, animal hair, or sign of use. If you are picking up, the 7 days begins after your first eligible pick-up day. 
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer. 
• The following items are FINAL SALE (cannot be returned): sale items and accessories.
